The project is one of the few purpose built building consultants or consortium offices in Nigeria and is a manifestation of CCPs corporate core values of creativity, excellence, teamwork, reliability, integrity and courage (CETRIC). Completed in 2011 on a site of about 1,235 sqm within Oniru, Victoria Island, the building delivered approximately 2,000sqm of lettable commercial space on 6 floors providing an efficient and contemporary office accommodation for CCP on the third floor and it's mezzanine floor (620sqm) while 3 other floors were let. The building's rotunda and it's sun shading screens combined with its blue themed colour scheme complements and accentuates it's sea-side neighbourhood.
